    Yes i drink a lots of coffee, eating almonds almost everyday and of course spanich as my veg almost every week. maybe that helps me.

    2. Beet roots (raw preferred eat stalk and leaves ok too)
    3. Whole grains (multigrain bread, brown rice, barley, oatmeal)
    4. Almonds
    5. Spinach (argula and kale good too)
    6. Others: garlic, tumeric, walnuts, carrots, tomatoes)

    Don’t cook the beetroot. It doesn’t help.
    Grind and strain juice and drink.
    Add with apple juice to drink if u feel discomfort. Take vitamin E caps.

    Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I've lost a ton of weight. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not really want lots of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today and so I'll share the wealth haha.
