I enjoy fasted cardio, that’d the main benefit I can notice. I feel like garbage in the morning. That will carry forward all day if I don’t do cardio when I feel like garbage.

After dinner I'll rest for 3hrs then exercise for more than an hour includes sit up and push up. I'm not sure if it's safe but in a week the result is good not only I become more fit but it result also of a good body shape. Any advice if the time is safe for my health?

Personally, i prefer fasted cardio. It's not because i feel like i'm burning my stored fat; rather, it's because i want to workout by the time i wake and it fits my sched. Hence, empty stomach.
However, if i'm hungry and i know i can't function well because of hunger, i eat before working out. A cup of overnight oats and a coffee will do. I just need to wait for 30 mins after eating til i can do my workout.
Sometimes, you just need to listen to your body to know what you'll do for a day.

Those of you trying to lose weight,Do some sprints for at least 15 minutes and some light cardio on a fasted state and do some HIIT on a fed state.
Note: I'm not sure if it will work for you,it worked for me though, just make sure to rest

I have two cardio days where I skip breakfast and don’t eat until right after my active recovery (cardio) session. The duration of said session lasts 30 minutes with 15 minutes of light jogging and 15 minutes of walking.

As for my main training (calisthenics; push-pull-legs; full-body) session, which are performed three days a week, that’s when I eat three meals. A big breakfast, do push-ups, inverted rows, and weighted squats before my medium-sized lunch as my post-workout meal, and a small dinner. All in the span of 12 hours which after 7 pm, that’s when I go on my fasting state which vary between either 12 or 18 hours depending on when the next training session will be.

On Saturdays, that’s when I relax my eating pattern since it’s another strength training session but at a shorter duration but much more intense. Basically a fun day for me. But on Sundays is when I go on a slight deficit especially since I do not train at all during that particular day.

I switched to healthy and mindful eating using 6:18 IF. I jog at least 6 hours after my last meal. If not jogging, body weight workout at home also at least 6 hours after my last food intake. Max of 1000 calories per day. Did a 3-day water fasting once. All looks good so far and I feel great. I think calorie deficit plus any kind of exercise will help you hit your target.

I both use fastedcardio for morning jog… and/or 6hours badminton.. haha! Yes i actually feel better, and eating after the exercise makes me feel less guilt, also eating protein after those exercises really makes my day. I was once from 99.7kg down to 82kg for 4 months, and that was with somewhat healthy cheat day twice in a month. I want to do these again but I lack the time now that I'm working.

P.S. Experiment on your body, what feels right, the fed or fasted, and you'll be fine. Don't take a case of another person as a bible. We are all unique, even in how our body responds to each stimuli 🙂
