OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE:
1/2 gf rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp honey or agave
Stir and leave for at least 6 hours in fridge

If you want the blended version. It is the same ingredients, just blend all the ingredients besides the oats in a blender then add the oats and lightly pulse them together. Leave over night as well!

AVOACADO TOAST RECIPE
2 eggs (mine were boiled)
1/2 large avocado
2 slices of sprouted bread
Salt and pepper
Hot sauce if you’d like on top

    .I have a question:is there a replacement for peanut butter in the first overnight oats?And how much time do you wait for the preworkout meal to digest before you work out?Is it your breakfast?

    How long can you save the overnight oats? Like do I have to eat it the next day or make multiple at the start of the week and eat them through out?

    tip if u want the shell of your egg to come off cleanly just put a bit of salt in the water u cook them in.
