    Try a “walking desk”: a desk over a treadmill. I put a shelf across the handles of my treadmill and now I can walk and read or work —. I love it.

    hey Rose! recently i found out you can put your sliced avocado in a tupperware with water and it will stay fresh longer! if you don’t already do this maybe give it a try so ur avocado won’t be so sad haha.

    Haha in Malta we do the same with the tomato paste, but we have our traditional tomato paste called kunserva. But as I was writing this message I remembered you actually visited Malta 😂

    Right now, if it was bucketing down with a chance to hail, I'd be outside running. As it is, it's clear, fine, hot and my knee is buggered so I aint going nowhere. Appreciate your mobility while you have it! I can't even walk down the road for a coffee. It's a 10 minute walk and I have to drive there, at the moment. /sob

    I recently took a blood test for nutritional deficiencies. I take it every 5 years, I've been plant based going on 20 years.

    So what is interesting is everything was normal (I previously was low in D but supplemented and brought it back up) but my B12 was high, I had been supplementing daily with it. So now I just take B12 once a week.

    That is why, in agreement with Rose, it's important to actually take a blood test and not take supplements willy-nilly thinking you need them, because sometimes it can actually be detrimental to your body to take supplements that you already have enough of in your body. Just like it isn't good to be deficient in a nutrient it can be just as bad to have too much of a nutrient particularly through supplementation and not a natural food source.

    🌹 Rose, I have been watching you for awhile now…you excel at soup making…the kind I love…brothy.! As an example, I remember when you made soup right in front of us, in your living room , as you sat on the floor. Lots of delicious YouTubes on soup…you ARE the Soup 👑 Queen ! PS.     When the mustard jar/bottles getting low and only has the stuff stuck to the side I use the bottle and add -lemon juice,water oil ,garlic salt pepper and turn it into salad dressing !

    I love the idea of making things out of cashew.
    Like cashew cheese for Mac n cheese and stuff like that.
    What’s a alternative for cashew that’s just as good?

    I'm an indonesian & I'm so proud that you love tempeh! Try this tempeh vegan recipe:
    – all you need is fried diced tempeh
    – stirfry them with garlic, red onions, chopped galangal, bay leaves, salt & pepper, sugar & last but not least, indonesian sweet black soy sauce. Pleaseeeee try it out!!

    I have whatever I want for breakfast too!! I don't understand why westerners always eat certain things such as pan cakes, waffles, smoothies or something like those…. It's not healthy! You have to eat breakfast like a QUEEN. It's the most important meal of the day.
