    2 of my friends smoke weed for 2 years at night. They are trying to quit now. Its being impossible. They simply cannot sleep without weed. One of them as schizophrenia now.

    Dont do drugs. Dont smoke weed. And its stupid smoke weed just to sleep. Just because it is natural doesnt mean its good. Weed is for cowards who cant face life.

    Depepending on extrogenous substance for your natural rythm is always a bad idea. Generate your own anandamide . This is how opiate addiction started when people started messing up their endorphin system with exterogenous opiate. Dont do that people. Do your own reseach too.     The number one reason for not sleeping is a chronicaly hyper arousal response (high body stress response / fight, flight, disengage /war time setting)
    Focus on 4 habits (1)wake up into Joy… Go outside in the first 30 minutes of the day 2) take 30 minutes lunch break outside 3) every day needs a predictable end 4) control last 60 minutes of the day to favor sleep
    Then you can use 4 tools to decrease your stress respons 1) breathing 2)muscle relaxation 3) hygge principle of enjoying the now 4) repackage your thinking towards a peace time setting
    This is the foundation of sleep
    Then follow circadian rhythm and the sleep drive

    Get sunlight in morning
    Exercise for atleast 10 minutes in morning
    Stop eating 3hrs before bed
    Go beyong blue light(get outside in sunrise and sunset)
    Destress(do meditation and yoga)
    Walking before going to bed is best exercise
    Stay away from blue light 2 hrs before bed

    What about night shift people, usually they are working 5 days night, sleep in the morning time, but when it's weekend, how can we get same sleep? I have been suffering from this issue, can anyone suggest me? I would really happy. I should sleep at night at weekends. But I didn't get sleep? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

    To cure insomnia, eat a small clove of garlic early in the morning before breakfast.
