    I have been doing this everyday for 5 months with a caloric deficit. There were of course some small breaks in the routine. At first I weighed 57.70 kg, and currently I weigh 49.70 kg. My target weight is 47 kg and I would like to reach that by September or October. Wish me luck! 💪🏻💕💐

    Ну что сказать. По фитнес часа минус 375 калорий, при учёте, что я не успевала и половину делала не правильно и вообще выглядела как самка богомола готовая к спариванию, а потом я просто о вернулась от зеркала
    Большая часть упражнений на брюшной пресс и не тупите как я не пейте воду, от напряга она пытается выйти обратно
