• Lots of water
• Lean protein

1. Keep insulin normal
Keeping your insulin levels normal is one of the best things you can do for weight loss and your overall health. To promote healthy insulin levels, lower your carbohydrates, increase your healthy fats, and avoid all vegetable oils.

2. Fasting
Intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting are incredible tools for promoting a healthy body. They induce autophagy and help normalize your insulin levels. Two things you can do to start off your intermittent fasting plan is to skip breakfast and cut out all snacks.

3. Get healthy to lose weight

    But what about cholesterol from all the saturated fat. My cholesterol was shown high and doctor told me to opt for lean meat

    In Sweden we have a dr and scientist in nutriciants with a radio show that claims that there is no scientific evidence that one food or diet is healthier than another. This may be true but she's not talking much about the consequences of eating in a certain way.

    So I have been following this channel and dietary recommendations for about 5 to 6 weeks and it is revolutionary. I am especially noticing the benefits of being off carohydrates like bread and flour foods and less fruit with high sugars. My body has got used to the fasting and I dont get hunger pangs anymore even though I eat about half of what I used to. My body is lean mean and super efficient now. But the biggest change has been in my brain. I was having a lot of brain fog, difficullty concentrating and borderline depression before. Now I am lucid like I was in my twenties ( I am 50 something) and my muscle strength and joint flexibility is improving all the time also back to much younger days (I am a yoga teacher and train a lot of other sports). So it feels like I have done the right thing to extend my second half of my life by quite a bit. Accidents aside!

    I never would have thought so without your encouragement, but I really do feel better when I don't eat breakfast and then I eat a really light and healthy meal later on at work .

    Fasting is good for fat people, but for me I don’t think it’s good.
    This is my story.
    I am 53 old man , 190 cm/ 80 kg , I got a stent 4 months ago on my artery coronary left , but I refused the statins and aspirin.
    My artery coronary left was clogged 99 percent.

    Can anyone advise me with which kind of natural diet or something similar to replace the statins and aspirin?

    Now I am following the keto diet with intermittent fasting 16-8 hours daily.
    I am taking :
    magnesium 800 mcg / day powder
    Vitamin D3 / 20 drops per day
    Vitamin k2/ 10 drops per day
    Acerola powder/ 2 teaspoon per day
    And exercising.
    I try to do everything, but I don’t want to go back to the statins and aspirin.
