    eating a couple of hours before is still breaking the fast it won't give the same benefits or % of growth hormone.

    I am doing this for 3 days now and tbh motivation is a lot higher too since I see the meal after workout as my "reward" for the effort I've put into my workout.

    I intermittent fast every day 20/4 hours. it's what I'm used to now. I started with 16/8. yes there are days where I'll feel sluggish but on the whole I feel much better

    Hey I don't like exercising with food slishing and sloshing in my stomach I get nauseated so I exercise hungry and I am expecting better health and faster results

    I used to go this all the time and people would tell me it's bad for your body but I always saw results much quicker. I just didn't have time to get up super early to eat. Then wait 1-2 hours to go workout. I just got up, put my clothes on, and went for my workout. It practically cut my workout results in half the time. I think I'll go back to doing this for most of my workouts.

    Good to know. I have somewhat of a difficult time when I do this. About halfway thru my workout the hunger effects get too me. I am able to finish my workout but I hate that feeling. I get too hungry (I do not normally get that way) and can just think about eating. If I want to workout hard or do a comb of strength training and cardio I can"t do both. Its one or the other. My ideal workout time, while being well rested, is when I am not hungry at all nor full. its hard to achieve especially when yo work.
