    Thanks for this informative video! I workout a lot and were sad to see my usually flat stomach be bloated on and off for the past few weeks. I guess it is from the stress I was under since I was working on a school project that will effect my grade in a subject I need to get into university! I has only gotten worse the past days. I will try and chill more 😅

    Tip: do stomach breathing to reduce stomach gas, it’s like dog-style breathing. I did it several times and it helps. And drink lukewarm water, half hot, half room temperature, with or without lemon 🍋.

    I've read that peppermint tea makes things worse but gastro resistant peppermint oil capsules improve things.

    My latest remedy for bloating is sauerkraut. Helps release enzymes from the pancreas. Contains fibre. Supports gut flora. And just adds to overall intake of vegetables. Cheap. Balances yin and yang.

    Yessss !!!! I meal prepped and have bowls full of brown rice, (BEANS), (BROCCOLI), asparagus, spinach, chicken, potatoes

    Soak some fennel seeds in lemon juice for a minute and then eat them. U can also make a hot compress ( soak towel in warm/hot water and add a few drop of peppermint and/or orange essential oil) and apply on abdomen. Drink a warm cup of water an hour after eating.

    Thank you for this video, I was struggling with bloating for the past two days. I realised I was eating a lot of broccoli and potatoes that were cooked, I think it was too much fibre for my body to really handle. I will try to cook them a lot more
