    Think of the amount of sugar contained in this . Syrup , Milk , Yoghurt , Fruits .. and of course the carbs contained in the oats . Thats what they call a "seemingly" healthy breakfast

    I'm not really a fruit kind of a person in the mornings because somehow my body doesn't do well with sugar early in the morning, but the carrot cake one minus the raisins looks so good! Will definitely be trying that! (:
