    The key that I teach is simple: consistency 80-90 % of the time in 45 minutes -60 of cardio and resistive or both type training (cardio needed for sure for blood pressure maintenance and anxiety reduction). Then add 15-20 minutes of yoga or tai chi or other meditative type work. You're looking at about an hour and a half 5 days a week. You keep that and the foundation of health is built–advancement in other areas will follow. Hope that helps–Charles

    People are talking about excuses as if people have to justify anything. If someone is overweight and choose to not work out not sure why they find a need to make excuses.

    I work out just 4 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes (no break just one lift to the other) and see great results.

    nothing wrong with staying fit and healthy, something is wrong when the only dream a woman has it to have rock hard abs so she can snag that rich husband her mom told her about then its something entirely different
