How did I go from crutches to a 21Kms marathon in 12 months?
How did I go from 21Kms marathon to 6 pack abs in 5 months?

I was 33 when I was diagnosed with Avascular necrosis. Among several other things, it put me on walking support for about half a year!
And it got me thinking, “How could I tell life that I have gone beyond the crutches it gave me?”
That’s the story I have shared with you, in this video. A story that saved my life. A story that changed my life. A story about my second shot at life!

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Legs

And, here is the diet plan that would lead me to the healthiest phase of my life:
6:30am: 2 bananas + 10 almonds
7-8am: Workout
8:30am: Protein Shake + Oatmeal + Apple
11:30am: 2 tbsp Lemon Juice + Veg Salad (Olive Oil Dressing) + 1 Green Tea
130pm: 2 bowls of boiled Kidney Beans + 2 carrots + 2 brown bread toast with peanut butter
400pm: Handful of nuts + Green Tea
700pm: Protein Shake + Roasted Veggies + 1 bowl of boiled chickpeas
900pm: Green Tea

Drink 8 bottles of water everyday
No sugar at all

And then he added a clear piece of instruction:
Don’t eat anything that is packed, processed, canned or on someone else’s plate!

    The motivational video you shared of Greg Plitt is good but he died at the age of 37 in an accident.

    It's demotivates me because it doesn't matter how healthy we are when death calls we have to go.

    Then why would we spend our precious time in gym, this time won't come back.
