My old therapist told me to think of a word. I chose "Africa" as my word, as that's where I really, really want to work. He said that, when you choose a word that you associate with happiness or a good memory, it helps you to get into a slightly better mindset or something.

When I'm crying, I cry to my rabbit because she makes me laugh. I also have dance parties, watch comedy shows and, if I am upstairs by myself, I ALWAYS make sure I have my door open, as that's like a visual way for my thoughts to float out of my head.

Only 50 sec into the video , and I already see it's not for me as I have nobody or anyway to do either, trapped in the world I've created, I really thought I could do better but it just seems to get harder by the day.
