    I'm a bit too fat for a few exercises lol (especially the second and the kickthrough thingy) but, well, this is what I'm here for hahah, looking forward to the day I'll be able to do it and not curse everything in my sight

    I searched up HIIT workouts that don't involve jumping and this was the best thing that popped up!! I felt really comfortable doing these and I sometimes skipped some of the rest times so I could move around more- ive been doing a calorie deficient diet (im not very hard on myself w that tho but I've seen results) and I went on a bbq/beach day today which made me go over my limit by some calories so I did this to lose those calories and I loved it!!
    I'll be doing this workout frequently <3

    Great video-just tried it for my first time since I had a little extra time while getting ready for work. Which of your workouts would you recommend for someone with bad knees, yet still work your rear end, etc.(can't do squats anymore)?

    love your workouts 🙂 I do them all the time when I'm in a pinch! one request – would you mind specifying before the round if you're going to alternate sides, or it is only on one side? Sometimes it takes an extra 3-5 seconds of the round to watch if you're switching or not. 🙂 (maybe you do in some videos! I've only done about 10 over and over haha) Thanks for the wonderful workouts!
