    Okay so ive been doing this for about a month straight and it hast worked for me simply because of my genes, it doesnt work for much people and thats okay, make sure to find workouts that are suitable for you 🖤❤️

    Starting today- Wednesday- July 21st— it went pretty good it really started to burn after those leg raises but I think I could’ve done better on them Russian twists

    Heyyyy so basically I was Anorexic and have been recovering and have been gaining weight (because I was underweight) so I have felt really insecure and am about to fall down the rabbit hole of Anorexia again, so I thought I would workout more and have a healthy diet as rn I’m ethier eating junk food or starving soooo I’m gunna eat healthy and try and get toned so I am proud of my body and not insecure :))
    Anyways

    Day 1: ✅✅ did it twice Im gunna start a healthy diet tomoz so wish me luck, alsoooo the excersises where easy but made your abs hurt which I love about them :)))

    Day 2: ✅ I did a few others along with this one, I started my diet and i feel really good. I did feel quite exhausted today but it’s okiee I did it
