White potatoes and sweet potatoes have very different nutrition profiles. Check out the USDA nutrition data site. Sweet potatoes are tubulars that are members of the morning glory family and are not related to white potatoes which incidentally are packed with nutrients.

It's difficult to consider the advise of a nutritionist who recommends the most processed food on the planet. A tablespoon of olive oil is all fat and zero fiber.
A small potato has the same calories and it's low fat and loaded with nutrition.

grain products are peasant foods lol. Why do you think jews in camps were given bread.
Grains are not longevity foods. Neither are vegetables and this retarded fiber is healthy.
It's bs and you simply fall for it.
The longest living humans live a sedentary lifestyle with a ketogenic diet full of raw animal fats/meat.

BMI should be 18.5 – 25 not 25 – 30!!… and Tomato paste yes, but Tomato Sauce?? Not good… it's full of sugar and salt. And that Michael Pollen quote is nothing new… I don't know why people think it's so profound. He's a journalist not a health expert and Hippocrates said it all centuries ago! I do agree about avoiding farmed salmon and choosing organic (if you can afford it) so that we discourage the use of pesticides.

The Institute of Medicine intake recommendation for vitamin D is far to little. The Endocrine Society has much higher daily intakes, and probably still too low. Search this UCTV channel for lectures specifically about vitamin D. Moreover, you need to take vitamin K2 because K2 deficiency is widespread, and K2 is important for moving the absorbed calcium into bones and out of blood vessel walls where it doesn't belong. K2 has been known for a long time, and its function was worked out before the date of this video lecture. I don't know why RDs aren't aware of the importance of K2. (K2 is not the same as K1 which is important for blood clotting.)

It's encouraging to the promotion of being Plant-Based, but at 38:00 she promotes eating salmon (but not farmed) and then on her next slide 40:00 her slide says to reduce the intake of omega-6 fatty acids coming from meat, poultry and fish.

Let's stop the insanity and just be straight with people. Animal Protein is not beneficial for human health and longevity.

I’m very disheartened that’s your reference to cholesterol represents outdated information as well as amount of calcium needed. According to recent clinical studies people only need 300 to 500 mg a day

Isaiah 65:20 – No child will die in infancy; everyone will live a very long life. Anyone a hundred years old will be considered young, and to die younger than that will be considered a curse. Also John 3:15, 1John 5: 11,13, John17;3 all promise ETERNAL LIFE for believers in Jesus.
Acts 2: 38 – Repent & be water baptized for the forgiveness of sins (in thought, word and deed ) and for the gift of Holy Spirit.
Mark 16:16 – The person who believes and is baptized is saved ; the person who believes not is condemned.
