Thomas DeLauer (aka. “Mr. Mineral”) recaps ‘What is Ketosis?’ and explains how to apply the Ketosis diet before and after exercise – both Aerobic and Anaerobic. He details the two most common strategies for applying the Ketosis Diet to workouts:

1. Targeted Ketogenic Approach

2. Cyclical Ketogenic Diet

I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I'm done with diet. I realised that meal plan from AgogeDiet is the only diet I could follow forever. It's really sustainable and easy to follow.

Should I be doing it the cyclical way if I am currently losing weight, working out in order to build muscle and being a full-time student and part-time worker? I'm just starting to work out and I am confused about whether I should change my diet and if yes, how.

I can't believe I found this website. AgogeDiet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. Diet plan from AgogeDiet contains delicious and nutritionally rich foods your body, brain and heart will love. It's definitely worth trying.

I watched a different episode where you said that it was good to work out at the end of your fast and then go home and break your fast with lean protein and a rice cake. Is this not the case?

How can you say that I shouldn't eat carbs after workout when in your other videos you tell me to!? 😂

Honestly I'm more confused now than ever before This video is a DIRECT contradiction of what Thomas says to do on his own Channel about eating a small amount of carbs after working out with lean protein and small bit of fructose and sodium. 'Because that meal window right after working out is super important' .. not quite sure whether he is learning new science and changing his mind. Or simply just changing his mind

This video does not answer the question of what to have Post work out at all. It’s extremely confusing and basically talks about a ton of stuff that has no bearing on the actual header of the video the title makes no sense to what the actual body of the video says

Is it a bad choice to have brussel sprouts with fat and protein after a workout?

Sorry, but that was unsatisfying. What do I eat after a workout on a ketogenic diet then? And I want to eat! 🙄

I’ve been in Keto for about 2 weeks now. My main issue is what do I eat after my workout? A protein shake? More fat? I’m completely confused and I hope to get an answer from someone who knows like yourself. Thanks!
    Great video.

OK very informative video. But what about people who tend to do both aerobic and anaerobic workouts? e.g. runners/ultra runners that do strengthening and/or building muscle workouts on the gym? What keto approach should they follow?

Hi Thomas, So After a workout when you have torn your muscles down you don't need any carbs afterwards? You don't need a cup of white rice or old male or some sort of carb to feed the muscle to help build the muscle backup? Please elaborate, and I'm female by the way if that matters, I really enjoy watching your videos you're nice to look at and you're actually know your Shit and I appreciate, Thank you, if nobody has said so 😁
