    Ok so at first i was quite comfortable under my skin but during lockdown i had this open encounters with bodyshaming talks from my mother and father .like all of a sudden .. cause i caught thyroid problems hence forth started gaining weight …i am not against them but how they put it is horrible and now i feel the need to do something cause i feel insecure..sorry i didnt wanna write so long dont read it

    I started my weight lose journey in July 10th 2018 at 193 pounds it's now June 30th 2021 and I am 156 pounds now from eating health and drink lots of water and working out 🥗💧💪 it's been 2 years of No soda pop or fast food or junk food 👍👍👌👌and and feel so much better now 😀😀😀👍👍👍👌👌👌

    Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some advice now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Okibetonic Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don't want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever.     at 1:31 min, me: crying… MY WEIGHT IS 110 KGS and my TSH level is 3.7 means, its normal, but.. whenever i do diet or exercise, whenever i reach from 110 to 100 or 90 kgs, i think to have rest. and then that cheat day or rest is so long that i become off from my track.. i am now gaining my weight in pounds daily :'( don't know what to do!!!!! :'( whenever i am stressed out, i eat more, because that makes me happy.. suffering from binge eating disorder, i feel so lazy and sleepy everytime.. :'( suffering from tachycardia too.. :'( my life is devastated!

    Hi, today morning I was thinking about habits I start to do (2weeks now). I am working from home and work is about sitting in front of PC. So what I do is, I workout in the morning and do easy workout after work. Also I am losing weight for 2 month now. Motivation, well I am tryin for these two month to bemotivated but it works for me like 30%. The rest is about “feeling” after exercise and after good meal.     I remembered that I did the 2 week shred of Chloe ting, and I saw some results. I bought a shirt from Hot topic, and it was too tight and the size was large. I did the 2 week shred and it wasn’t tight anymore. My mom told me that she saw changes and I didn’t. So I stopped, and then I did it again, but then I lost the motivation. I really want to lose weight but the problem is the food. I want to become vegetarian, but my grandma gives me big portions, and too much meat

    My mom is gonna come back from El Salvador and i am going to start doing exercise, sleeping early, and eat differently. I will update you guys!

    I NEED TO GET MOTIVATED, I’m a person who’s always been the “skinny girl” of the group, and never had problems by comparing myself to other people, I was always confident about my body, but now I’m 14, and I’m gaining weight sooo much that even my mom said i’m gaining weight ☹️ I want to start losing weight now so that I don’t get fatter and it’s even harder to loose weight. I legit have skittles and sour patch next to me, and chips and ice cream in the house.. let’s hope i can do this 😕 And the worse thing is that I think that a lot of it is stress eating, and whenever someone puts a big amount of food on my plate I always finish it, so if they put a lot then my brain is going to want to eat it all.

    Lack of results isn’t why I lose motivation. I lose motivation because trying to keep motivated takes a lot of energy and over time I just get exhausted and need to stop. It’s a lot of mental energy draining away.

    Sometimes a weight loss plateau can last a long time.
    I lost 25# in 4 months, then I stalled for 5 months!
    I readjusted the food quality and quantity as well as adding some easy cardio.
    Then I lost 20# more in 3 months. I finally broke through to BMI Normal.

    Such a great video. I was always waiting for the moment where I'd be motivated enough to start a new diet e take it really seriously. However, that time never came and I was more and more frustrated each day. Now I just started eating better and exercising with no motivation, but with the mentality that is the best for me and for my body. I hope that with visible results I get more excited, but some things must be done with or without motivation. 🙂

    Se inicia en Miercoles:
    1.- Por la mañana coloque en Media Taza de agua, el número de granos de arroz correspondientes a los kilos que quiera perder.
    2.- No ponga más granos de los necesarios porque esos kilos nunca más se recuperaran.
    3.- En la noche tomese el agua dejando los granos de arroz para luego volver a llenar la taza.
    Jueves:
    1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba toda el agua dejando todos los granos de arroz y luego llene nuevamente la taza con agua.
    Viernes:
    1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba todo, esta vez con los granos de arroz.
    IMPORTANTE:
    1.- Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el proceso.
    2.- Reparta copias (fotocopias a personas que usted sabe que le interese adelgazar) de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que quiera perder o enviar por mail.
    3.- Comience la dieta en Miercoles y no antes de haber repartido todas las copias, o en su defecto repartirlas via correo electronico.
    4.- Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona de su entorno.
    5.- No haga regimen de ninguna otra dieta, esta dieta es infalible

    Hello there, have you considered Okibetonic Secrets yet? Just simply do a google search search. On there you will find a great tips about how exactly you can lost a ton of fat. Why not give it a shot? maybe it's going to work for you too.

    I used to be really motivated in losing weight and I lost a lot of kgs. I eventually fell lazy however and gained a lot of stuff back because I wasn’t motivated anymore. However I really want to get back on track and loose the weight again because I want to feel good in my body and not feel judged or fat anymore. (Just a reminder I am not overweight I am just trying to loose extra fat on me so I can have a better body.)
