Low iron levels are a common issue, so you’re not alone! In this video, I share 7 science-backed tips to boost your iron levels. I discuss things you can do to eat more iron, foods that hinder iron absorption and other tips so you can increase your iron levels effectively.

I used to have low iron levels a few years ago and these tips have helped increase my iron levels. I would strongly suggest talking to a doctor to get your iron levels tested before trying any of the tips in this video. Just as low iron is not a good thing, excess iron is not a good thing either. And definitely, do NOT take a supplement unless you have spoken to your doctor about that.

    I’ve been taking citrus bergamot now I’m getting anemia symptoms it has high polyphenols which is good right but does it stop iron absorbing

    I didn't know that there was a disease which can make my body not absorb nutrients and such…
    I should look into this and talk to my doctor because I've always had anemia and I seem to never be able to get rid of it. I'm also lacking a lot of other things and this might just pe it. Thank you!

    I'm too weak, today I couldn't even stand on my feet and work, I felt sick. I have no energy and I can stay in my bed all days and nights. I had a problem with anemia a few years ago and I guess it comes back now :/ I hope eating properly will be enough to fix these issues…

    I am not experiencing muscle soreness after my workouts I’m experiencing severe pain either later at night or the following day my muscles don’t seem to be recuperating and this is very frustrating and agonizing I can do 10-15 push-ups and the following day my muscles are locked in pain. how do I resolve this? it makes exercising which I used to do on a regular basis a nightmare. somethings going on with my body and I can’t figure it out! After years of going to the doctor that would crazy if this started all my issues. My father is anemic and I’m the only one of my brothers who is built just like him. I don’t eat red meat but eat lots of greens and veggies. So I must have absorption issues 😳

    So a regular iron in body is nearly 150 and i have 28 and my hand and feet are freezing and have a dry skin in my hand and i runout energy so quick so if you guys have same go and see a doctor
