    Hey man, great videos. I wanted to ask you , how much protein do you get daily on your keto plan. I'm 6'3 and 255, im trying to get down to 230lbs and keep as much muscle as possible. I've been on keto for past few weeks but I've heard mixed things about daily protein. Please let me know what you suggest, thanks man, keep the content coming.
