    0:53 The definition of a calorie is incorrect. A calorie is "the energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water through 1 °C (now usually defined as 4.1868 joules)." A kilo-calorie (often abbreviated as "Calorie" with a big "C") is 1,000 calories. The "calories" that are discussed in the context of nutrition are typically kilo-calories. For some reason, the public uses "calories" differently than the scientific community. Dr. Mike isn't wrong based off the public definition, but he is wrong in the true technical definition of a genuine "calorie".

    how do i burn 2000 calories a day? Im pretty certain i only burn around 500 – 700 calories per workout. And lifesum tells me to eat 1800 calories a day, do you only burn calories when youre working out/ running? I am very confused I'd really appreciate someone to tell me what to do/ how this works.

    Both won't lose the same weight. Eating veggies you have to eat many times and way more which will boost metabolism many times a day and for longer period of time. I know because i lost 35 kgs and tried both diets but veggies diet makes one lose fat at a faster rate.

    @2:53 Funny story. Don't forget about fiber helping you poop. I recently stared lowering my carbs, and along with that fiber. So much so that I had constipation and my poop backed up so much that I thought I had kidney stones, until I got an x-ray. My doctor told me to take some laxatives, and a few days later was back to normal.

    In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have Agoge Diet that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can't.

    At 4:44 both are not good because the first one is all sugar and the second has no protein. Better than first but still not ideal/good
