    Love the recipes. How do you reheat these- microwave? Or just plan on eating them all cold? Doesnt microwaving change the molecular structure of the food lessening the nutritional value?

    I am preparing to prep all of this and was wondering if the chicken breast on the side was necessary to pair with the Quinoa Olive Salad?     Love love love this one!!! Can’t wait to try all of them, I would really love to be able to do the avocado egg salad, but I cannot eat eggs as they send me running to the bathroom UGG 😭
