Hiiii lovelies! Today’s video is a healthy lunch idea (which is what I had for lunch today hehe). I’m thinking about filming more videos like this for specific meals of the day (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks etc) so it’s a more accurate and realistic video showing what I eat 🙂 Let me know if you’d like to see more videos like this one!!
The food I choose to eat is vegan and high carb (gives you SO much energy!) and I don’t calorie restrict – I simply eat until I’m full!
*I also drink around 2.5L/3 litres of water per day, as well as a cup or two of peppermint tea 🙂
