I have laying chickens so eggs are no problem. I started gardening last year and made a big dent in the amount when we go to the store. I made low sugar homemade jams. Canning isn’t really my thing but I did can 2 bushels of tomatoes. Dehydrating is my thing. Here’s my list… bananas, apple slices, cherry tomatoes, peppers, celery, and herbs, lots of herbs. 😜

I absolutely adore your channel and the way you promote a healthy lifestyle. That said, I was disappointed to hear you promote Amazon. Surely you are aware that Amazon is the least β€˜organic’, morally bankrupt organisation on the planet. It steals tips from its workers, pays starvation wages, runs unsafe workplaces, betrays and bankrupts small businesses and doesn’t contribute to the community by paying taxes. All this while its leadership gets richer and richer. Community health is as important as individual health. ❀️
