    the last few days I've been looking at my tongue and it looks very white and coated I also have a lot of IBS issues honestly your tip for the scraper tongue is a Gods Send never knew it would help I quickly went and bought one online just now.. and while I typed in google i found a site that actually said that the copper one is antimicrobial so I chose the copper one instead of stainless steel and it was only $12 I love all your tips you're better than a GP doctor.. doctors just check in and check it out and here are some meds… watching you makes my anxiety go away I can watch your videos all day and your voice is so calming and soothing it's like you're on the couch with me and I'm listening to a friend give me advice about health and wellness your amazing to watch I can't believe anyone would not like your videos and give you a thumbs down keep doing what you're doing girl you're helping millions of people..

    Great tips! I replace my bamboo toothbrush every 1-2 months and love using exfoliating gloves instead of a loofah, also replacing every couple months. 🌸

    Apparently, there are studies that show Intermittent fasting to not be good for women (specifically women who are still menstruating- so pre-menopausal women). If I'm not mistaken, tests around intermittent fasting are done with men who only have a circadian rhythm, whereas women also have another biological/hormonal clock for their menstrual cycle that's not considered. Long periods of not eating, (I'm not saying it's a good idea to eat a heavy meal before bed) especially in the morning can really disrupt the estrogen balance in women's bodies and this leads to a whole list of symptoms and complications in the long-term. Alisa Vitti talks about this a lot if you're interested in more info.

    Can you do a video on spirilina. I've heard mixed reviews about it. Some people think it's a superfood and some think it's has heavy metals in it. Any advice would be appreciated.

    This is amazing. My question is, when you get the cold shower- do you wash your hair in the cold water? I just couldn’t imagine the freezing water on my head while I rinse my shampoo and conditioner out. Thank you 😊
