Red wine is what more to cause headaches as it's got sulfate …,but sone white ones ,too ! I don't get headaches from white wines usually ( I rarely drink !! ),but reds cause it almost always !! I found Trader Joe's organic red wine is a much better choice, if I go for red wine . I only drink once a year or never .Lol only for a special occasion. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿต๐ŸŠ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ž

    An excellent, well-presented lecture.

My nightmare started when I took Lymecycline antibiotics for some spots on my forehead – only ever had around three spots in my life prior to this.

Kidney pains after 16-24 hours and a brown tongue and stomach aches and bloating, constipation. Bowel movement back to usual looser movement which suits.
Very unpleasant and still not recovered after circa 14 weeks.

After around a month, I had urine, stool and blood tests. No problem with urine or stool but cholesterol level of 4.5 but not all good cholesterol. I'm a 57 year-old male.
My mental health, which has never been too good has deteriorated as a result of the onset of these stomach-related problems.

I love that he addressed the issue of critics who say itโ€™s bad to remove gluten if you donโ€™t truly have celiac disease. Gluten causes an inflammatory state of the gut, period, so itโ€™s best to limit or remove from your diet completely just on the premise of reducing inflammation in your body.

Thank goodness, not just another salesman flushing his product down my throat. Your body language and talking method is refreshingly honest and genuine. I am now even more thankful for immigrating to NZ. I will definitely get in contact for a consultation. I'm quite curious to hear your take on the Low FODMAP diet too.

I would like your knowledge about colic as it greatly affected my baby many years ago. He would cry constantly like he was in pain for many months. The MD knew nothing. Know I have a hunch about the cause.

First i discovered the great benefits of INTERMITTENT FASTING(March 2020) and now recently discovered VEGANISM on 01/05/2021 and today Iโ€™m only on my 9th Day(today 18/05/2021),On Saturday 15/05/2021 I discovered the lifesaving benefits found in LENTILS and now today 18/05/2021 I inadvertently land on a perfect guide to how I should take care of my gut before all else,as I type this,I havenโ€™t been to the loo in 2 days(not constipated) just poor gut/bowel mobility and looking back to last nightโ€™s dinner,I know I am very guilty of not chewing my food to liquid, hence the bloating I am experiencing, which has been my bane for as long as my 41 year existence.

Iโ€™m going to put to practice all thatโ€™s been taught here, study my body and gutโ€™s behavior properly…Iโ€™m a very active guy,I run 5 days a week(sometimes I push way more than 5 days a week) but Iโ€™m still not strong,I know now a very strong body starts in the gut so Iโ€™m gonna do the most and observe my gut thoroughly.

Thank you Doc,I am glad I spent my entire 53 minutes watching this highly informative presentation.๐Ÿ˜‰โœŒ๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
