    I've been doing this for 4 days and I started having back pains when I did plank Jack's, mountain climbers and planks
    Have anybody gone through this or is it just me

    • Буду выполнять этот упражнение и Хлоя тинг для талии. И упражнение Априль Хана для низ живота и буду бегать рано утром )

    Day one: already saw a slight decrease of bloating!!!
    Day two: saw/ feel slight results in my upper abs!!! Def keep doing this guys. Don’t give up on yourself!❤️
