    I can't do any of the Jacks without stopping. I feel like I'm cheating my way through the video and I don't know what to do

    I'm going to start doing it today. I'll do it 4 times a week. Regular food. No fast food or sugar. Let's see how far I can reach.
    Day 1: Joints pain a lot but I did sweat a lot.

    Wow, this was so intense, such a killer workout when you don’t take any breaks and modify the exercises to the hardest version you can while keeping your heart rate through the roof. Sweat is pouring off me and yet I feel absolutely amazing, and toast 🔥 Haha, let’s see if I’ll even be able to do the extra challenge later on today 😅 #FBSweat Day 11 main workout complete! 08.07.2021

    Hey guys I promise to you and to myself that I’ll consistently update you on my journey with this workout

    Day 1: weight: 114lbs (51kg), goal: 105lbs(47kg), finished this workout and only got unmotivated a little at the end but I finished it pretty easily it might have been cuz I was listening to music and not the vid I know that I was sweating bad at the end though see ya tomorrow!:)

    Day 2: weight: 114lbs (51kg) nothing changed in my weight but I’m not surprised since it’s only the second day the video was so much harder to complete today tho

    Day 3: weight: 113.5, goal:105, today was pretty tuff but I was more in the spirit again🤪 sweating like crazy at the end now time for a shower see ya tomorrow!

    Day 4: weight: 113lbs, goal: 105lbs much easier today! Definitely recommend a headband to catch all the sweat tho🥵 see ya tomorrow!

    Day 5: weight:13.5lbs, goal:105lbs so today I was kinda upset that I weighed .5 more but it’s ok I realize that your weight can fluctuate but the workout was kinda easy today if your doing it to good luck! See ya tomorrow we got this!💪🥳

    I'm 13 and 65kgs , will update daily !

    Day 1 ✅ : I had to rest after every 40 secs of doing this, my heart was beating SO fast. I had to do other exercises too, didn't have much time so did this for about the first 10 mins. 😅

    Update: tho I've just started yesterday, I decided to not continue this. I know I'll lose weight fast if do this but my body cannot take the pressure, I'm doing traidmill too so I'll just stick to that I guess haha. My legs hurt bad today :/

    Today is my first day (5th july 2021) Completed the workout till 23:43 and I switched out to the next workout. I’ll do the full workout again in the evening.
