    I have allergies on many foods and It is hard for me to find a diet that doesn't include particular foods. Then my friend sent me link to the website called Agoge Diet where I can get personalized meal plan only with food I select. My fitness journey has just started, what about you?

    Great routine for building core strength. Not so great for burning calories. I only burned around 130 calories while doing this routine whereas whenever I ran 3 miles, I usually burned around 400. I would advise anyone that struggles with weight to look for some other form of cardio that burns more calories which will help a lot with burning that fat off revealing your abs.     This is a great routine . however can you correct yourself when you say " a couple" .. your couple more stand for 5-7 more reps or seconds …

    1st day: I finished at 11 minutes cause damn I was so out of breath TvT I’ll try going the full 30 tomorrow I saw someone say they gave themselves more time to rest in betweens so I’ll do that
    2nd day: I FULLY DID IT taking longer rests really do help but man I really do feel it, the planks were the hardest for me
    3rd day: I’m absolutely drenched in sweat but the exercises get easier to do
