Will be trying this for sure. Would increasing the chia to milk ratio make for a thicker pudding like texture? It looks a bit too runny for me but don’t want to use whole milk….

Does it matter what type of unsweetened almond milk is used? We drink the 30 calorie type at our house. Do these recipes need the full fat version … 60 calories … higher? I really want to make these recipes as I’m having to revamp my diet due to medical issues. I just don’t want to make them with the wrong version of the almond milk and they don’t set. Thanks so much!

I just discovered this and I wanted to share: the growth of superfoods like chia seeds and quinoa are often devastating to the environment, where sustainability is forfeited for short term economic profit. Here is a YouTube video about this topic:
    Superfoods:

If this wasn’t enough of a shock, there is also a dark side to the salmon and avocado industry. Here is a YouTube video with more information:

The solution is to shop locally and sustainably. Not only are you supporting your local businesses, but you can also be sure that you are not supporting an industry that has high emission levels resulting from international transportation of goods. In addition, you can also be sure that national health guidelines are being followed in the growth of food that you are consuming.
