Ingredients/ Method

Veggies of your choice
(I used broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions and turnips)
Salt and Paprika
Curry sauce ( Or Curry Powder + Coconut Milk)
Noodles ( I used Buck wheat Soba noodles)
Oil for cooking

Method: Saute veggies. Add Salt and Paprika. Boil noodles. Add in sauce into veggies. Mix Well. Cook until Veggies are almost done. Add noodles. Combine and stir together. Enjoy.

    Not sure what's going on with the editing and if it's intentional, but it's very difficult to read captions that jump around (and sometimes off) the screen…
