    We mustn't drink water up we must seet on a chair or something,,, that will make your body absorb it well, if you drink water when you're up you're not letting you're body absorb it well

    Some of my healthy habits that I've started doing recently:
    1. start my day off spending time with God.
    2. Next I do yoga and think about the things I am blessed to have.
    3. I try to make a schedule for my day (loosely because you never know)
    4. Eat food in smaller amounts. (I use small plates, and bowels, instead of big ones.)
    5. try to use my brain in a constructive way by recycling things that would be considered trash, into things I can use. for ex: I am making a shelve out of a big box and Styrofoam
    6. I try to drink plenty of water… though recently I haven't been doing too good on that one.
    7. lastly I am wanting to start walking after every meal to help with my digestion.
    I'm gonna start following your tips too.
