    I absolutely LOVE these tips. My babies are now teenagers (17 & 14) and I wish someone would have told me these when they and I were younger. I'm so blessed to be in this stage of my life now that I can put my health first. I LOVE being apart of this 1st Phorm community. It is the first time that I genuinely feel apart of something (and I've only been doing this 1 week. Ha!)
