    I've been eating vegan for a month now and I am excited about the new recipes I've been finding & trying. I find that meal prep videos are very helpful to me. Love your tips & been watching your recipes vids too. I just need to find a plant pal now 🙂

    I need to eat plant base whole foods for my health. I just turned 17 and started getting angina symptoms. I started eating plant base and feel better already since my first ER visit 2 weeks ago, but i don’t know how to get all the essential nutrient. Also my family doesnt have a lot of money and dont know if i want a nutritionist. Any help???

    im sorry, a whole food plant based diet is vegan…. no oil, no meat, no sugar or honey and no dairy…

    There is nothing wrong with eating some lean meats if you enjoy it, unless you are disgusted by it! It 's all the unhealthy oils ,processed foods. Becoming a vegan because you think it's meat that is making you unhealthy or not feeling well is nonsense. Stress , lack of proper rest , don't smoke , limit alcohol and get moving and you will fine!

    If y’all need inspiration to start the plant based diet, I highly recommend watching the documentary “what the health” on Netflix. It’s soo good!!! Totally inspired me!

    I really appreciate your encouragement to see a dietitian. So many plant based people seem to encourage getting all their medical and dietary advice from vegan youtubers and vegan books. I receive a lot of heck when I try to encourage them to see an actual doctor.

    I think the easier is to incorporate more veggies and fruit etc to what you’re eating. So if you’d normally eat fish with chips and parsley sauce for example, you can have fish, with stir fried veggies (snap peas, peppers, carrots, etc) that way you’ve incorporated veggies. Or adding a smoothie to your breakfast etc

    I've been vegan for 2 1/2 years now. Through a series of events and almost dying while eating a paleo diet, we learned I'm allergic to animal products!
