    Just completed day one of this exercise routine. I didn’t go as hard as I think I could have but it definitely was difficult for me. I hardly exercise and I smoke so I had to work on my breathing. I will continue this routine to see where it takes me 😌

    Honestly this workout is a lifesaver. This trainer is so good and this workout really helps me conquer my worst anxiety days. I’d recommend her to anyone widow dealing with stress because her workout, motivation, and voice are all just so helpful to that healing process.
