    NO JOKES, I almost threw up like 2 times. I almost gave up, but I kept going cause I kept thinking "it's only 28 minutes". so here I am, sweat dripping down my face, wheezing like I'm asthmatic (I'm pretty sure I'm not), with a face way too red for a black girl.
    was it worth it? 😭 I guess we'll never know.
