    Of all the searching I've done, a video with someone my size. All the "beginner" videos have skinny people going real fast. I'm a beginner, not a marathon runner.

    I love that the girl is my same size.
    Workouts from fitness youtubers are well made, but a bigger person may have a hard time being motivated: you only see perfectly fit men and women and you keep thinking how you're so inferior to them.
    This just feels like having a workout with friends: it makes me feel like I'm working out for my health, not solely to be conventionally attractive.
    Also, the trainer is so kind, I hate the "no pain no gain" Mentality, us "regular people" Need a more comfortable approach to fitness, some fatigue is ok, but most workouts push my limits too far and I end up feeling unable to workout

    I started this workout about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I've been working out 3 or 4 days a week and I feel great๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช. I have so much energy doing the day!! My 2 year old grand daughter and my 4 year old grandson get up with me every morning doing their versionโค๐Ÿค—. This is the 1st workout I've completed without stopping and enjoy doing. Thank you

    Started this workout yesterday, just finished todayโ€™s. Gonna try to come back every day. Iโ€™m physically and mentally unfit so time to get myself healthy as I struggle so much with motivation. Does anyone know how many calories this workout burns? Iโ€™m 11st6lb and 4ft11inch. Thanks!

    Nay a lot of differences but a bit more definition in my stomach and chest

    Iโ€™ve done this for 3 weeks and lost 15 pounds I also eat less food and donโ€™t eat between 8pm and 12 pm next day.

    I juste started today 19 July and it was really fun ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ it's true that's it's a little bit difficult at the beginning but i can't give up. And my goal is to lose 10kgs in a month and i need a motivation ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

    i was at 210 but i lost 11 pounds now at 199 without this workout im going to be doing this workout everyday and gonna check back in everyday

    Day 1: i did 18 minutes out of 29 minutes, i haven't been working out for almost a year now and now my legs are killing me and i have a slight headache
    Day 2: did 24 minutes, at first my legs and arm was sore but i got through it after a while i didn't hurt i was shocked that i could keep going through out this video but i stoped at 24 minutes because i know the consequenses of tommorows pain i feel a little more energetic now compared to yester day ๐Ÿ™‚

    I've been doing this for a few weeks. Great for my pregnancy and keeping off the weight! I feel so much better and don't have to use the gym.

    Wow! I loved this. This was an awesome team. The trainer worked straight through, no excuses! Our boy in the corner pressed through showing every beginner thay we cab do it, and our girl showed us how to modify it! The trainer was true to his word. Press on as you can,break when you need, dont quit ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿคœ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿค›๐Ÿพ
