    İkinci gündeyim.Kpss de çalışıyorum kütüphaneye gidiyorum bunun için hareketli olduğum bir dönemdeyim akşam eve gelince 30 dk da bunu yapacağım bakalım 2 hafta sonra güzel bir sonuç olur umarım.

    When I first started my weight loss journey in 2018 these videos helped prepare me for the gym and I lost 90+ lbs, I slacked off and gained 15lbs during quarantine so I decided to commit to working out at least 5 days a week on top of clean eating. I’ve worked out to this video eight days straight and I’ve lost a total of 5lbs. I’m beyond grateful for Leslie and these workouts, and I’d recommend them to anyone anywhere.

    Totally loved this.workou but towards the end on thr walk clock 3 mins was cut out. It jumped from 6 mins to 3 mins left

    I have lost 8kgs been doing this n another of leslie walking excercise total 1 hour of walking excercise 3-4 times a week along with diet for two months. It’s working for me.

    Leslie Sansone is an excellent instructor. She not only includes exercise, but also words of encouragement that keeps me coming back again and again. She is the best I have ever seen. Along with her upbeat tone and her group of friends. She is so amazing. She has made a difference in my life.

    I have never thought that I would like to workout for real… ı hated exercising because I couldnt do any of the moves but Leslie is so simple and basic causing me to want to workout all day long! Thanks Leslie and everyone♥️
