    I eat a mostly plant based diet….but I cannot get down with tofu!! Tried it a few different ways and just doesn't make me feel good.
    One thing I found to be a great meat substitute though, is….walnuts!!!😋

    I don't want to lose weight because people think I'm sick everytime I get thin. Our bodies are the temples of God so let's feed them with good nutrition.
