    I love and agree with all of this! When I was much younger I had a friend who is older and she told me that her daughters did not like typical breakfast food so she would put a pot roast in her crockpot at night and they would have that for breakfast in the morning. That has stuck with me all these years and I think I actually will eat healthier things if I donโ€™t choose breakfast food in the morning.

    I think if you're not getting sleep you'll should really try watching satisfying video on YouTube…it really works you'll should try it… continue to watch it till you get sleep… while watching it your mind will get bored n you will start to fall asleep…it will calm your mind that much

    I did share it with two daughters. I find that your videos are simple and straight forward. You donโ€™t add a lot of unnecessary words to describe what you want to get across. Even though I discovered only recently, I already feel excited about your message and methods.

    I am trying to come out of an abusive situation and your videos are helping me to find myself again. what you had on your nightstand looks so relaxing and lovely one was a diffuser and the other one had a type of a light.     Good advice and tips, especially about meal prepping and cooking at home. My wife canโ€™t eat gluten or natural flavors and doesnโ€™t do well with additives and preservatives; but Why would you think that we will never live a completely stress free life though?

    All these health videos and yet you hold your laptop on your lap??? REALLY? Please educate yourself on the toxic spewing pulsing radiation that is ongoing that is being pumped into your body! It is cummulative and over time can have devastating effects – including cancer. Please educate yourself on this – it is REAL.
