    I love the taste of eggs, (and I could be wrong) but hasn't there been studies which show animal products (including eggs) increase your chances of heart disease and diabetes? I'm not too sure it should be labeled as "healthy". 😅

    The first 30 seconds is a lie. You can correct you blood sugar by fasting and holding back your breakfast as long as the previous meal had a good amount healthy fats.

    My typical breakfast is a bagel with cream cheese, ham, tomato, fried (or soft boiled ) egg and spinach 🙂 I have a active job so would just get hungry again quickly if I have anything less!
