    मेम आपका प्रयास वाकई काबीले तारीफ है थैंक यू वेरी मच- मेम एक सब्जी में आपने काजू डाला एक सब्जी में आपने नारियल का बुरादा डाला है तो इन दोनों में ही तेल और ट्राईग्लिसराईड होता है जो कि कोलेस्ट्राल बढ़ाते है अत: इनकी जगह कोई आयल फ़्री वस्तु एड करें तो मुझे लगता है ज्यादा लाभकारी सब्जियां होंगी और 100% आयल फ़्री भी अपन कह सकेंगे—
