    I recently found an app called fooducate. It scans the barcode on food and gives an grade rating. Plus it gives pro and cons about the food. It helps me when I am shopping and want to grab snacks.

    what you did with only eating natural sugar, ive been doing for about 5 months now and i rarely can even get near sweet things as it smells just to sweet and my skin is really clear and i have a lot more energy.

    I meditate in the shower with the water cascading down my head or on my back with my eyes close, I feel like it really does calm me when I'm stressed.

    I cut out all sugar except the maple syrup for my coffee, but I do have no calorie sweetener. I am not able to have dairy, red meat, bad oils, friend things, tomatoes and other citrus, or processed carbs(white rice and bread). I have GERD and IBS, and I show signs of thyroid issues. I eat mainly eggs, bananas, Lima beans, smoothies, sweet potatoes, tofu, green beans, salad, and healthy alternatives. My issue is that I don't think I eat enough, because I am always tired even though I sleep 9 hours a day. I used to work out 4 days a week, and go on hikes and bike rides. I still wake up early, so maybe it the weather. I love your channel and have been a sub for a while, and I use your advice a bunch. My resolutions are to get my abs to show, save money, and eat healthy.

    I am trying to drink more water…or drink more almost anything in general, because I fail to remember to stay hydrated throughout the day.

    But I just did a bad thing. I did so well at first. I cooked today for breakfast, just something super simple. Then my boyfriend got Johnny's pizza…i at least chose healthy toppings….but then…then I just ate three ferrero rochers and a hersheys dark chocolate bar. So much guilt! T^T now I have to walk/jog tomorrow.

    Check out Fitness Blender here on YouTube or their website. They have excellent workouts that you can do at home and you can pick workouts that fit into your schedule or fitness level. I’ve been using them for about two years and find them very helpful being a stay at home mom, who doesn’t have the time or money to get to a gym. I have enjoyed your series because it’s giving me new ideas to get out of my food rut. Keep up the good work!

    I love Blogilates videos here on Youtube, especially sticking to their beginner’s calendar of 30days is a good habit that I started with. It takes 24 days to form a habit so the 30day beginners calendar was perfect. Also, after you can just follow her monthly calendars which are a big more difficult. I redid the beginners calendar again and I felt much stronger the second time around πŸ˜‰πŸ˜Š

    after watching ur video, i feel so much better … im the kind tt cant really take stress well, little things can make me keep pondering abt it … recently i've prob with me n my frend friendship, which im the cause so, even though im kinda regret it, but i know its useless to keep on regretting it as it has already happen …
    so i tends to keep stress abt it, even though i tell myself nt to think abt it but still at the back of my head i know its theres…
    im trying to make little changes as well, trying to adapt to these but while n after watching ur vids kinda makes me feel much better n i tend to reliefs abit…
    so thank u for making all these great vids n this vids to let me loose abit of tt negative breath …
