Cooking your own food is not only rewarding AF but it will also save you a ton of money! We all know how quickly the cost of eating out adds up, and when you break down the finances, a simple investment in groceries once or twice a week can save you a ton of money in the long run. This is why I’m challenging all of you to the #packlunchpact – It’s time to switch up your daily routine and get the incredible rewards of cooking your homemade food and bringing it with you to work, school, or even when you just leave the house for a few hours. It’s pretty rare that I ever leave the house these days without bringing some type of homemade treat because when I pack my own food to go, not only do I save a ton of money, but the reward of eating my homemade yummy food made with love, trumps anything I would get in a store! It can be a little strange at first, but the more you do it, the more it become second nature and part of your everyday lifestyle.

When I dined out often, I knew what cook was in the kitchen, if it was one of my favorite chefs. Is that their karma?! It very well could be, although I had never considered it that way previously. That's a completely new way to think about food for me, and I like that thought process regarding food. I greatly miss those chefs. They and there heartfelt meals live on in my memory ❤️

I’m watching this during my lunch break, at work. I searched for something similar on YouTube and this came up first. And I searched for it bc although the food is tasty, I can completely relate to what he is saying at the beginning of vídeo. My food has very thin of what looks like pet hair, but obviously is not pet hair, but probably fibers from plastic, etc. I truly am going to start bringing my food to work. My soul and brain are screaming for me to

Don't take the persons advice for not packing variety for kids. It's dumb advice. There have been studies that show that variety of food is good for your microbiome, and it plays an important part to child development especially for the brain development.

'TUPPERWARE" per se is brand for lunch box. I am guessing you are "unknowingly" pushing for the tupperware brand. But to be fair, i luv the tupperware brand

i totally agree with his opening comments, in fact, a chef i know has a mirror above her stove, to remind her to infuse essence of love into the food, trust me, it works, i realize some may not be sensitive to energy like I am but a notable difference when you eat food made with love.
